Abstracts should be submitted here. All registrants wanting to present posters or deliver presentations should attach a 250 word abstract in addition to Title, Authors, and Affiliations.
Registration and abstract submission (requiring registration) is extended to: MONDAY 11TH AUGUST
Registration fees:
£350 – full delegate rate (academic staff and industry)
£250 – PhD student rate
Day delegate rate – Monday and Tuesday only – £200 (£140 for PhD students)
This covers attendance at the iEOS2014 conference on the afternoon of Monday 15th and all day Tuesday 16th September. Attendance at the conference dinner, to be held at Sefton Park Palm House is also included – please indicate whether you wish to attend when registering.
Day delegate rate – Wednesday only – £150 (£110 for PhD students)
This covers attendance at the iEOS2014 conference on Wednesday 17th September only.
These low rates have been facilitated for all delegates through the kind support of our funders and industrial sponsors. In addition, inexpensive accommodation is also available for this conference.
There will be a limited number of registration fellowships for PhD students that submit an abstract for a platform presentation. Please contact us for details.

Weather
Like anywhere, the weather in Liverpool in September can be unpredictable, varying from bright and sunny to rainy. Participants are advised to check the actual weather conditions on http://uk.weather.com.
Electricity
Power supply is 230 V AC, 50 Hz. It is recommended to have a suitable plug-in for British standard.
Liability
The Organising Committee does not accept liability for personal medical expenses, travel expenses, losses of whatever nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons. Participants should therefore make their own insurance arrangements.
Conference Registration Policy
Contributions must be presented by one of the authors. All contributors will be required to register and pay in full except for invited speakers.
A 10% handling fee will be charged for all cancellations and refunds.
No refunds will be considered after August 9th, 2014.
